VPNDI User Guide

Frequently Asked Questions & Troubleshooting

Find solutions by issue, from account creation and subscription imports to connection troubleshooting and refund requests. Identify the symptoms first, then check each item in sequence; this is usually more effective than repeatedly reinstalling the client.

Accounts & Subscriptions

Resolve issues with account creation, device changes, subscription updates and client access. The current subscription configuration in the user panel is authoritative.

What do I need to prepare to create an account?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. In the user panel, choose login details that are easy to remember but not reused on other websites, then go to the plans section to select a monthly subscription or data package. Keep your username and password safe. After switching browsers or devices, use the same credentials to sign in and access existing orders, subscription status and client downloads.

How do I update my subscription link?

Sign in to the user panel and retrieve your current subscription from the account overview, then return to the client to update the subscription or import it again. If the client still shows old routes, delete the old local configuration first, then copy and import the subscription again from the panel. Do not edit subscription content manually or share the subscription URL. When the subscription changes, use the content currently provided in the user panel.

Do I need to purchase again after switching devices?

You do not need to purchase again when changing devices. VPNDI supports unlimited devices and works on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Install the appropriate client on the new device, sign in to the user panel, retrieve your existing subscription and import it. To keep configurations tidy, you can delete the saved subscription from an old device when you stop using it; this will not affect the plan status in the user panel.

Where can I get the client and subscription configuration?

Get the client and subscription configuration from the user panel. The marketing pages do not provide static installers or public subscription URLs. After signing in, open the client section, choose the relevant entry for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android or Linux, and import the subscription as instructed. This helps prevent mismatched client downloads and ensures that the imported configuration belongs to the current account.

connection

Connections & Issues

First determine whether all apps fail to connect or only one app is affected. Different symptoms call for different checks.

Why does the client show as connected while webpages still will not open?

First confirm that the client has selected a specific route rather than merely enabling the connection switch. Then check whether the client is managing the system proxy, and fully quit and reopen the browser. If other apps work but the browser does not, the browser may be keeping an old connection or using separate proxy settings. If the issue persists, switch to another route and reconnect, then test with different websites.

Why is a particular app not using the proxy?

Some apps do not fully follow the system proxy, or the client's routing rules may classify them as direct connections. Check whether the client is using the system proxy, rule-based routing or global mode, then confirm that the target app has not been added to the direct-connection list. Temporarily switch to a more comprehensive connection mode for testing. Once confirmed, adjust the routing rules individually to avoid keeping a configuration that does not match your needs.

Why can’t I see any routes after importing the subscription?

First confirm that you imported the complete subscription currently shown in the user panel, rather than text truncated during copying. Then update the subscription in the client and check for parsing or network-request errors. If the old and new configurations have the same name, delete the old one before importing again. If no routes appear, test with another supported client to determine whether the issue is with subscription retrieval or local client configuration.

What should I do if the connection stops working after switching networks?

After switching from one network to another, the existing connection may still be bound to the old network interface. Disconnect the client first, wait for the system network itself to become available, then reconnect to the selected route. If it still fails, fully quit and reopen the client, and check that the system time and network permissions are correct. When switching networks frequently, disconnect before switching to reduce leftover connection state.

routing

Speed & Routes

Consider distance, exit region and the destination service together when choosing a route. A single peak-speed result does not equal the real experience of a sustained connection.

What should I do when speeds slow down during peak hours?

Do not repeatedly reinstall the client. First switch to another nearby route serving the same purpose, then test webpage access, file transfers and the target app separately. Peak-hour congestion may occur on the local access network, the international link or the destination service, so a single speed test cannot represent every app. If several routes perform poorly, disconnect and reconnect, and pause background tasks that use substantial bandwidth.

Should I choose a route by distance or by destination region?

For general browsing and developer tools, start with a nearby route to reduce the transmission path. For region-restricted content, choose the exit region required by the destination service rather than relying on physical distance alone. VPNDI covers 120+ countries / 160+ routes. Start with nearby regions, then adjust based on the target website’s login, playback or API response. Consistency matters more than a single peak-speed result.

What should I do if an AI tool stops responding or keeps loading?

Streaming output from AI tools depends on a persistent connection, so even brief instability can make a response appear stuck. Keep the current page open, switch to another route in the same region and submit the request again. If the website works but a developer tool fails, check whether the command line, IDE plugin or runtime is reading the correct proxy settings. Avoid switching repeatedly between distant exit regions, as changes to the login environment can affect session continuity.

How can I troubleshoot streaming that opens but will not play?

Opening the homepage only confirms that the basic connection works. Playback may also check the exit region, cache state and media connection. Choose a route matching the content region, quit and reopen the streaming app or browser, then clear old site data. If only one region has problems, test another route in the same region. Pausing background downloads during playback can also help determine whether the issue is bandwidth usage or regional detection.

billing

Billing & Refunds

Monthly subscriptions provide data by billing cycle, while data packages are consumed as needed. Distinguish between the two billing models before choosing the right allowance.

What monthly subscription options are available?

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Choose based on your usual activities and data usage rather than automatically selecting the highest tier. Browsing, developer tools, video playback and file transfers consume very different amounts of data, so review actual usage on your devices before selecting a plan in the user panel.

View plan details →
Do data packages reset every month?

No. Data packages remain available until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. They suit users with irregular usage who prefer to consume data as needed. Data packages and monthly subscriptions are billed differently, so decide whether you value a fixed allowance within each billing cycle or long-term access to unused data.

When does a monthly subscription reset, and how is an upgrade calculated?

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated according to the remaining days. Before upgrading, review the current plan, remaining data and current cycle, then decide whether to make a change. Do not confuse monthly subscription resets with data packages: monthly subscriptions provide an allowance by cycle, while data packages remain available until used and never expire.

Which payment methods are supported, and how do I request a refund?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported, with a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. To request a refund, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket section and describe the relevant order and request so it can be verified and processed. Before submitting, check whether the connection issue comes from local settings, an outdated subscription or route selection. If you still want a refund, follow the ticket process in the panel and do not create duplicate requests.
